Refund Policy

Legal Service Payments and Retainers

Many legal services require a retainer or advance payment before work begins. Retainer funds are deposited into a client trust account in accordance with New Hampshire Bar Association rules. We bill against the retainer as work is performed. Any unearned portion of a retainer will be refunded promptly if services are terminated before completion.

Completed Services

Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable. Drafting, research, and any completed work product is considered earned once delivered or performed.

 

Cancellation by the Firm

 

If Granite Hills Law must decline or discontinue representation for any reason before services are performed, any unused fees will be refunded in accordance with bar rules.
